Yesterday, CGEN presented new target validation data for one of its candidates,CGEN-15052, during the Inaugural International Cancer Immunotherapy Conference in New York City. The expression of CGEN-15052 on cancer cells in a syngeneic mouse animal model enhances tumor growth as compared with control cancer cells. The newly released data, combined with previously released inhibition of T-cell activation and expression pattern data, suggest that CGEN-15052 could be a promising immunotherapeutic target for multiple cancer types. We expect the advancement of CGEN's internal/partnered programs as well as potential partnerships in the future to drive upside. We reiterate our Outperform rating and 12-18-month price target of $11.
