Offerings:
Share Offerings
This week, there was a rights issue in the stock market on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by the biomed company Amnis Therapeutics, amounting to US$ 0.5 million. Since the beginning of the year, US$ 1.5 billion was raised on the TASE share market.
Corporate Bond Offerings
This week, there were three bond offerings to the public by companies on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, amounting to US$ 488 million:
· The energy company Paz Oil raised US$ 336 million.
· The investment company IDB Development and the real estate company Africa Israel Properties raised US$ 100 million and US$ 52 million respectively
Since the beginning of the year, the business sector raised US$ 16 billion on the TASE bond market.
Government Bond Offerings
This week, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) made a bond offering on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, amounting to US$ 0.3 billion. Since the beginning of the year, the MoF raised US$ 11.5 billion in bond offerings on the TASE. |

BOI Interest Rate
The Bank of Israel left the interest rate unchanged, for the 21 consecutive month, at 0.1% for December 2016.
Follow-on and Shelf Prospectuses
This week, six follow-on prospectuses were published, in which an initial public offering will be made on the TASE:
· The logistics company Overseas is expected to issue shares (IPO).
· Five foreign real estate companies –Namco, Wharton, Southern, Cornerstone and Elad National – are expected to make an initial bond offering.
This is the last week for publishing shelf prospectuses based of the financial statements for June 2016, and to shelf prospectuses were published under which companies can raise capital in the next few years.
